DataFactory also guarantees the Holder of the Personal Data the right to obtain the rectification, updating and, when appropriate, the deletion of the personal data of which he is the owner, which are included in his database and guarantees the rectification, deletion or updating of the same within a maximum period of five business days after receiving the claim from the owner of the data or warning of the error or falsehood.
